Cancellation Policy
A $20 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking, that goes towards your service.
Please cancel at least 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancelling within the 24-hr window WILL result in not being able to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date & 40% of the service will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
NO CALL - NO SHOW : No response within the first 15 minutes, the appointment is then cancelled and considered a no call-no show.
100% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
A 15-minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes, you will be notified that your appointment has been cancelled, and a new deposit is required to re-book.
All services are non-refundable. Up to 3 days, it any issues come up with the work, contact me directly and I will gladly accommodate you to fix them.
If you are having an abnormal reaction, up to 3 days post your appointment, please contact me directly and I will accommodate you to remove the lashes.
